Countless books and experts teach that we have untapped and unlimited power. It lies locked inside of us. All we have to do is learn to bring it out. “Just believe in yourself,” they say. “You have to trust in yourself.” Sound good? Be very careful. There is still a great deceiver out there. He will not stop until all have turned away from God.
We could follow the experts and their fancy teachings. They will only get richer. And we will only find ourselves in more need of a Savior. Man´s help brings man-sized solutions. They may help us adjust to society. But even that needs saving.
Turn. Turn to the Lord. Christ is the only one who came up against the adversary and won. He is our Way. If we come near Him, there is hope for us. Step closer to the Savior, and we step into hope. All men run the same risks. And we all have flaws, even the experts. But with the Son of God, it is different. We put our trust in One above our limitations. God alone can save us. Let us run to Him and stay close from now on!
