We just might be that kind of person. What if we were one of those who truly desired to grow closer to God. If the description could fit us, what would course through our souls? Where would our hearts spend their energies?
There are people who have grown tired of just hearing about God. They are the children of the burning heart. They are God´s own. They will take no man´s easy explanations or convenient texts. These seekers must come into contact with the Lord. These aching souls must meet Him in living experience. They will have what their hearts desire.
Many people have strong opinions about what it will take to be admitted into the throne room of God. Those who get to gaze upon the Father´s face and worship Him in person will be these poor afflicted hearts. Why don´t we pray for Christ´s help in transforming our devotion into something that will get us where we want to go?
