Who loves us more than our parents? Now, not every parent has their child´s ultimate well-being at heart. But on earth, generally, it is the mothers and fathers who nurture, protect, feed, and guide their young. They prepare them for the future that lies ahead. From this selfless love, we can understand loving kindness. Loving-kindness is not one person spoiling another with only good things for them. It means that the receiver of this kindness is genuinely cared about. The giver is more concerned with the best outcome for the other. They are willing to give of themselves to look after the other.
To get a more perfect picture, we look above. When we see a tender Father looking down on us, we can start to see. Our Father, who brought us into our world, wants only the best for us. He wants us to be where He is. Although we have separated ourselves from Him, His love has not subsided. He still cares for us enough to suffer to bring us back. As fathomless as God´s might is, His faithfulness stands every test.
Blessed are those who will see or place their hope in seeing the Lord for themselves. These souls stand to receive the greatest blessings of all. Let us open our hearts to learn from the Source. Let us come to the Lord to learn of His loving kindness. It is great! His faithfulness endures forever! Praise Him! Praise the Savior, all who care to know Him!
