Those who have had the opportunity to meet an extremely famous person know what a special treat it can be. Mostly, we only read about, see on screens, or hear about those icons through the media. But these encounters do happen. People like us can and do bump into celebrities from time to time. Yet, there is another encounter that surpasses them all. Each day, a few souls come into contact with the Maker and Sustainer of All Things!
We could downplay the whole issue. It is the current trend. People don´t like to stop and think where they stand with the Maker of the Stars. Still, there are humble souls that come into contact with the Almighty every day. Some hearts race with the thrill that comes with being in His presence.
The Bible tells us that this joy should be ours. We are the ones who were intended to walk with God. Christ died to make it possible. The best part of the deal is that we don´t have to be in the right place to make it happen. All we have to do is seek Him deep within our hearts. Let the desire to meet the Lord build up into a genuine force. Souls that yearn for God and are willing to look for their encounter will find. Our eternal Father has gone far to make His presence a reality to us. Let us be the ones who search for Him until the awareness of His presence dawns within us today!
