When people fall in love, it is a beautiful thing to see. But, when God´s children finally look up and behold their loving Father, it is a much sweeter reunion of hearts. God created us for Him. It was like He wanted to give Himself someone to be in a relationship with. So He made us. The problem is that we are a wayward race. We chase after everything under the sun. All the while, we should be chasing the One who is far above the sun.
As difficult as it may sound, some of us actually do find the Lord. We finally reach a point where we need to know Him personally. When that happens, the angels begin to sing.
When our Father in Heaven looks down and sees some adoring hearts gazing back up at Him, His heart melts. He has worked long and hard to reestablish an intimate relationship with us. So, when our hearts turn to seek Him, let us fan them into flames. Let our love for our Savior grow until our love for Him consumes us!
