It gives many people comfort and satisfaction to declare their faith in God. It took guts to step out and let the world know we put our trust in Christ. But, we Christians have not corrected our fallen former state completely. Still, there is much to face if we like the name and want to end up by the Savior´s side.
To call ourselves Christians means that we follow our Lord. We are not following Him if we do not go on to cultivate our relationship with Him. We do not love Christ like we believe if we do not actively seek Him. We need to walk with Him throughout our day, not just in moments that are convenient for us or that we set aside. The connection between us and our Lord must remain constant, or we are fooling ourselves.
It is time we look seriously at where we stand with God. Are we running around and standing firm on statements? Or are we rolling up our sleeves and getting work done inside our hearts? Pray that we seek the Lord with the intensity it will take to build a relationship. Pray that we grow so close that that bond will last forever!

Searching For Christ 
God has told me that everything happens in his presence. The more time we spend in his presence the more healed we get and Psalm 91 cones true.

There is nothing sweeter than hearing from the Holy Spirit. If God is speaking to you, snuggle in close. Praise the Lord! May He make His presence known and move powerfully in your day.
