They won´t listen to anyone who would hold them back. Instead, the burning-hearted souls that seek more of the Lord will find Him.
It is rare, but it still happens. Now and again, you can find them. They are not like the rest. They do not walk and talk like the crowd. They are humble and tortured souls. But they still exist. They are the burning-hearted souls that seek the Lord.
This rare breed of people needs to sense Him close by them. They hear the talk of the trending Christians around them. But then they go off to find a quiet, secret place. They go to find the Lord. They will not rest until He speaks to them. Nothing you can say to them to ease the emptiness in their souls. God must come to them, or they will die.
We can laugh at them if we want, but that kind of aching-hearted believer will find what their souls search for. God will visit them. He will be near them always. Even if His presence isn´t as flooding as they yearn for, He will never be far from them. Their destiny is sure. They will be with God now while they seek, and for eternity.
