Dark powers would love to steal every moment we could spend with God. Distractions are placed in our lives on purpose. It is no accident that our world spins at a quicker pace all the time. We were warned it would be like this. So let the Lord find some who will still resist. Let us be the ones who seek out our moments and demand our time alone with Him!
Dear Lord, help us to see that we cannot let our world or other interests steal our attention from You. Give us the determination to connect with You all through our day. Make those moments so sweet that we choose them before any other distractions. Amen
