Powerful Awareness

Oh, how different our lives would be if we could only see that God is right here! If we were more aware of His presence, everything would hold more or less importance. Spiritual issues would be the most important. Earthly issues would lose theirs. We tend to remove God from our daily lives by separating our dealings with Him. But, if the Lord could become a present part of every equation, we would walk each day with Him. That should be our mission in life. Pray for awareness of the nearness of God. Invite Him in. Then, seek to increase our awareness like our lives depend on it. They do!
 
Dear Lord, flood over us with awareness! Make us experts at placing ourselves before You. Make it our heart´s strongest desire to know we are in Your presence. Enough so, that we seek You in our here and now. Grow that awareness until we never leave You out of anything in our day. Let our day become that beautiful place where we walk and commune together. We pray. Amen
