Enthralled With God

The closer one steps to the Lord, the more that person will have to share. It might not be in earthly treasures, but rather eternal. For all the eloquence people can have, personal experience outweighs it. The people who walk intimately with God have something few will work towards. They rise to purposes beyond this world. They gaze on and ponder heavenly concerns. Pray that more everyday people will set themselves to the greatest endeavor of our race.

Dear Lord, many may talk about it, but few press on. Teach us to drive ourselves. Give us desire and need. Make us the kind of believers that will not settle for less. Give us hunger and thirst for more of You. Then, when our walk together consumes us, we will have more of You to share with those around. Let this bond envelop us; we pray. Amen
