God created us for His pleasure. He wanted us to be around to engage with us, to walk and talk with. Never did He wish to be separated from us. But we got distracted. After a long history of trying to guide us back to Him again, He finally paid the perfect price. All of our wandering from Him has been atoned for. Our ransom from the slavery we chose over Him has been paid. The barrier between God and us right now is kept there only by us. He has called us. It is our turn to respond. Come, let us set our hearts on that great horizon! Let us want nothing less than to make it into the presence of the Lord! With Him is where we should be, let us begin the journey of the soul. Let us start walking with the Son and draw closer every day to the Father who has always loved us!
