Refined

Those who have studied hard and managed to pass a test can testify. It is a marvelous sensation. And one every human being should get to experience. If someone handed you a merit you did nothing to deserve, it would not be the same. There is no real sense of accomplishment. Those who put more into something will always get more out of it.

So it is with God. Not every one will work at having a relationship with Him. But some will. Some will study hard. Some will get off their easy chairs and go in search of Him. They will be considered strange, but they don´t care. Their hearts want to meet God.

Our faith will be put to the test. That is a good thing. We who care will not shy away, nor will we complain. Try us. Measure the caliber of our desire. Let us go to God and ask to be tried. Through His guidance and care, we will be refined.

For you, God, have tested us. You have refined us, as silver is refined.  Psalm 66:10
