There is one thing we may have almost completely lost in our day. It is the knowledge that the things that happen to us must first pass before God. That means He either brought whatever it is to pass or allowed it to happen. People don´t want to give God credit for our situations. The reason is that we can´t see the good in it when it involves pain or loss. We call God good and kind but struggle to understand why He permits evil to hurt the innocent.
Before we shake our fists at God and judge His actions, It might help to stop and consider. We should take into account that we do not see the end from the beginning as He does. We can watch a film or read a book and praise it when it takes us for a ride and gives us pleasure watching the story unfold. Yet, we cannot fathom a benevolent God working above our understanding. We cannot see Him orchestrating even greater wonders in real life. But one day, every eye will see. We have His promises! (Revelation 1:7, Matthew 24)
Everything God does is wonder. Everything about Him is as well. When all things are revealed, no man on earth will be able to take it all in. We will need our Savior on that great day more than ever before. His intimate companions will survive the piercing brightness of His glory. The redeemed will stand protected by the blood of their dear Friend. Christ will hold us when unspeakable righteousness is revealed. When we come before the throne of God, we will realize the wonder of our story brings endless glory to God. It is the most beautiful story ever. Bless those who put their trust in Him. Bless those who long to see His hand complete His marvelous work!
that they may know that this is your hand; that you, Yahweh, have done it. Psalm 109:27 (WEB)

A good reminder. It is like when we are hurt by someone, God did not use them to hurt us but they have free will to choose to do right or wrong. God allowed them to do what they did not because He wanted them to you but He will not take away our free will. He wants us to choose to do what is right but He won’t force us. Thanks for this post.
