There is no place more powerful in all the universe than at the right hand of God. It is the seat of honor. It is the place where power flows from the Divine. From there, the forces of God´s will flash throughout creation. And nothing could ever stop them. Only One is worthy to sit there. Only the Savior, the Son of God, has proven Himself pure enough to weild such limitless might.
Christ proved worthy not because He was assertive or more aggressive. In contrary, the Lion of David was as humble as a lamb. He was willing to go farther for the will of God than we can imaine. He took all our blame and carried it to the cross and beyond the grave. Christ gave instead of received. He did it all for love and the will of the Father. It makes Him the rightful Heir.
What does that mean for us? Some will downplay the Savior´s sacrifice. Others will explain it away. Still others will downright step on the significance and walk right by. But to the few who stop in their tracks endless blessings can come. Those who care will gaze up in wonder. They will let their hearts reach for His. These precious ones can come to know the One who sits on the throne in power. We, can be included in a small privileged group who look Heavenward while the rest march off, each to their own chosen goals.
