Jesus for Today

The Bible tells of people in the past who needed a Savior. God sent us His Son. He will save those who find it in their hearts to respond to His call. Now, more than ever, we need to know the One who can restore us unto our Maker. Let our hearts go out to Him. Let the Father find souls that will embrace our Savior. Then let us spend the rest of our days growing that bond between us and our Lord!

Dear Lord, there is much in life that we cannot see. We do not see the pitfalls and dangers, often until it is too late. But praise Your Holy Name! You have given us a Savior. So please, give us hearts that reach out for Him. Make it our deepest yearning to increase this love that grows between us. Let us live to be with You, we pray. Amen

1 Peter 2:25 ESV / For you were straying like sheep, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

John 15:5 ESV / I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.

John 3:16-17 ESV / “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
