Religion In Essence

What response is God finding in us today?  Are we truly engaging with Him, bonding with Him, spending time with Him, treating Him as if He was the life and blood that flows through our veins?  Or do we prefer to give that treatment to some lesser things?  Shall we go to Him now as if we mean it?
