Of all the things to pray for today, one thing would bring us closer to God. If we could only become more aware of God´s presence and movement, then our faith would overwhelm us. We would walk through our day with a completely different outlook. All of our motives would change. Everything that we set ourselves to would be influenced by what we were seeing through God´s eyes. So, if we get the chance to go to our knees today before the Lord, let us pray that He opens our eyes to see how close He really is! Let us pray to see what He is working on in and around us! Let us pray that we will see His goodness and care so that we can learn to be like Him. And let us pray that we grow closer to Him through all that He will show us today!
