10. When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy. 11. They came into the house and saw the young child with Mary, his mother, and they fell down and worshiped him. Opening their treasures, they offered to him gifts: gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Matthew 2:10-11
When people wake up to the overwhelming presence and movement of God, hearts are left amazed, bewildered, and undone. It can sweep over us in terror yet thrill us to the core. One second in that unexplainable presence is a powerful enough experience to change our lives forever. It will become the one Gift we need to seek. We will want to be allowed so close that we can feel His very presence. As we develop our close bond with the Divine, we will see all things with a new perspective and purpose. Before we saw the world with eyes for worldly ways and worldly gain. Walking intimately with God will take us upward as realms of wisdom, power, and spirit loom into view. His everlasting Kingdoms will flood our vision until ours seems way too small.
