But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you. John 14:26

It might not even be an audible sound, but when the Holy Spirit speaks, it will guide us through our day. Some people might wait a lifetime just holding out for a voice to boom out of the clouds. However, that is not so common. God´s voice does resound every day and He has not grown silent. The only thing is that His voice is often the stillest, softest whisper. Those who learn to hear it will testify that even that hardly traceable whisper can still rattle the universe and bring us trembling to our knees. We could spend a lifetime trying to know every text within the Bible and argue its every doctrine. Or, we could set our souls upon a mission of God-sized proportions. Let us strive to be the kind of people who tune themselves as instruments to hearing the Holy Spirit as He speaks His instructions to us today!
