God does not lie when He says things. Men do. We think we can live up to our promises, but then circumstances change or we find things to be quite different. Yet, when God says that He will be with us through the end of time and beyond, that is where He will be. This is a great truth and one that should give us our very present Help in trouble. No matter what we face, the Son of God is right here with us to face it together. We may not see how, but the One who has the other end of our burden can see the end from the beginning. Christ can see every hidden trick that darkness is laying in our path. He is the Way to the Father and our Eternal Home. So, instead of focusing on our troubles today, let us focus our entire beings on the presence of God. He is here! There is nothing to fear! Learn to lean on Him and to trust! Let us take His hand and step out in faith together with the One who will always be with us!
