A simple yet mighty trick lies within our reach. All one must do is ground our faith and hope in the Lord above. When we do, all Heaven poises, ready to assist us on our homeward journey. We can trust this cause and effect with our lives. Why? Because it honors God to have children who turn to Him, not us and our world.
We call it a trick because something so simple triggers such life-changing consequences. Yet, the trick won´t work for the eager people only looking for power and pleasure for themselves. They call on God not to be with God but for what He can do for them. God wants to move Heaven and Earth for us. But “the us” He is looking for are the ones who would give up everything only to be with Him.
So, for those who will accept nothing but knowing their Savior and King, the Prize awaits. We can have our dreams come true. We can walk now and forever with the One we love. Every power in God´s Kingdom can rise to the occasion. The Angels and the providence of God can bring us safely to the Presence of our First Love. Take our hearts, Lord, Then make us Yours forever!
