If there is anyone who leads us to believe that Christ is not to be the most significant thing in our lives, we should firmly reject their encouragement.  We have already been warned that in the last days it would be difficult for even firm believers to maintain their faith. We must stay vigilant and keep an eye even on the ones we trust the most. We cannot afford to be tricked into letting our dependence upon Christ fade even slightly. We need to keep our focus on Jesus and demand that those who would influence our lives also be just as intent on making our Father happy. Instead of blending in with the world or conforming to the thoughts and customs of our times, we need to increase our tie to the Savior. The most tragic and saddest result would be to have our chance to spend eternity with our Lord stole away from us by some inferior teaching. Let us all pray together that Christ is intensified in each of our days and that our walk with Him is enhanced by all that we encounter today!
