It gave God great pleasure to create our world and fill it with all His beautiful creatures, scenery, and life. But there is something that He held extra dear to His heart. This is the people He made that He could engage with. We are special in that God in Heaven is yearning to walk and talk with us. He wants to be in an intimate relationship with us. It is odd that the King of all Kings would stoop to care and spend time with His low subjects. But this is exactly what the Lord calls us to. When we step up to the task, we realize our lack of purity and worth. But we come to Him just the same. Our hearts sense their home in God and they will search endlessly until they find their peace in His loving embrace. So let us pray now that we bring a smile to our Savior´s face and turn our hearts to God who made us so that we could be together with Him forever!
