There are a lot of things that we put our efforts into in this life. We run here and there. We chase this and that. We strive to do the best we can at the things we want to succeed in. But there is one thing that we could each strive a little harder at, and that is putting a smile on our Lord´s face. If we went out of our way to make Him happy, our lives would be happier places. He has called us into a relationship with Him. Yet, often, we go through our busy days throwing all our efforts into other things. Being in a relationship with the Great Unseen Spirit means that we include Him in all that we do. If we are caring for our families, He wants to be a part of it. If we are tackling a big job at work, He wants to carry the other end of the yoke. Whatever it is, no matter how big or small, He wants to be there and be a vital part of it. This is called walking with Him and we can learn to be experts at walking with Him. It makes Him very happy when we bring Him into our daily lives. He loves it to be a part of each aspect of our day. Anything we hold away from Him and keep Him from being a part of is surely not helping our relationship with Him. So, let us do what we can to please our Lord today. Let us include Him in each thought and ask for His help in remaining with Him all through our day!
