The seriously devoted Christian will listen for the instruction of Christ even though it may not sound like what our earthly teachers are saying. They will draw as near to Him as they possibly can so that wherever Jesus would lead us, we will be quick to hear and to follow. These yearning souls will deliberately work on their faith by training their inner ears for better listening. We were warned about false teachers and should know that they will come. The One we can trust is our Savior. So, let us learn to exercise the ears that let us hear the voice of our Teacher. Let us try to learn more from Him each day!
