We have to get it! We cannot stand missing out on something our hearts desire. The sad part of our modern greed drive is that we set our sights too low. We chase after fleeting things like pleasure, money, and a name.

Our Shepherd offers us infinitely more when He offers us Himself. If we trade in everything else we chase to invest in our place with Christ, we will have it all!

In Christ, we find a name that places us in an even better family. We become God´s children, and He becomes our God. Give away the money. Depend instead on the Savior. Then we store up treasure that no one can ever steal. Let the Spirit show us the pleasure of getting to know God. We will never have to settle for cheaper thrills again!
