The good people on earth will always be under attack and exposed to the wolves. It is a sad truth about our current home. The pain of this reality affects us all. But this cloud has a silver lining.

Some people are inspired. David not only had the Holy Spirit filling him with faith, but he had a way with words. He brings us insight into a blessed truth that balances out our woes. It may not bring instant judgment and punishment for those dark souls who love to hurt the innocent. But we could not be in a better place. God delivers poor souls who need Him!

To say how clearly the man of God understood our situation, David tells us every bone in his body shouts it out. Who knew the powerful presence of God like the boy who took down Goliath? There is endless hope for people who will set their eyes on God. He moves in mighty ways, always has, and always will!

If we must suffer through anything today, let us look higher than our woes. If we know anyone, who must deal with something bigger than them, share this secret. Where there is trouble, the help is never far away. We can count on God to look after our eternal lives and those we live through each day. Step close to Him. Fix our eyes upon the Savior. He sees the plans of those who will harm us. We will have a mighty Friend to protect us. The closer we grow to Him, the safer we all will be!
