The day that the girls arrived at their new job in a theme park, they were taken to a nearby village where their boss had organized a ceremony. All the performers who also worked in the park were there as well. They put on a big show. But the new girls just sat and watched. Everyone was curious to get to know the new dancers and they themselves had not had the time yet to get to know any of the other groups of performers. They would soon be introduced and their lives would be changed. But for then, everyone could only wonder who the others were. Do we ever wonder who the ones who come out of the great tribulation will be?

Two of the girls that day met the men they would marry and form their families. We may speculate and wonder about who will be the ones who will stay faithful to God through the last days and will be rewarded with white robes and the chance to worship the Father before His throne. The elder before the throne gives us our answer. They are the ones who make it through the troubled times by being cleansed by the blood of the lamb. They have proven faithful, not by their own ingenuity, but by keeping their hearts in that of their Lord who died for them. These precious ones never let the world take them away from their Savior. Do we want to be one of these?

Dear Savior,

So much in these crazy times we live in, would like to steal away our chances of remaining with You to the very end. Draw us ever closer to Your side through it all, we pray!
