Revealed

:

Who wouldn’t fear you, Lord, and glorify your name? For you only are holy. For all the nations will come and worship before you. For your righteous acts have been revealed.”  Revelation 15:4  WEB

When COVID 19 began wreaking havoc throughout the world it was easy to see that the world as we knew it had changed. There was a family that saw these changes in completely separate lights. Although confinement and construed news stories made everyone´s life a scary place to be, one of them found hope. Prophecies laid out in the Bible give us signs to look for. They paint us a picture of our current world reaching a point where God will step in. He will send His Son again to receive all those who have chosen to put their hope in Him. Would we like a reason for hope even when we see our world falling apart?

We do not need to be accessively educated to learn what the Scriptures say about God´s approaching Kingdom. We do not need to have all the answers to questions that keep philosophers, religious scholars, or scientists spinning endless theories. We could just sit back and wait to see who is right. But for the hope set before us, to think that there is some purpose to this madness, to find hope in scary times, a little faith in God and His plan will help us immensely. If we could cling to the thought that the God of love is putting the finishing touches on His great plan to bring us safely back into His arms, our dark times could have an infinitely brighter side. Let us pray that we can look to Christ today and let Him show us the mysteries He has always wanted to reveal unto us!

Dear Lord,

Bring hope to those who haven´t found it yet. Open hearts to recognize Your love for us and let them know that You will take care of us and bring us safely Home to be with You, we pray!

Amen
